Flames of Attraction

Despite the danger, Aiden and Elara meet again under the guise of secrecy. Drawn together by an inexplicable force, they share stories, dreams, and the beginnings of a forbidden romance.

Scene: Hidden Grove

Aiden: smiling “You’re braver than you look, meeting me here again. Are you not afraid of what people would say if they found out?”

Elara: chuckling “Fear is for those who have something to lose. I… have nothing left to fear.”

Aiden: softly “And here I thought I was fearless.”

Elara: looking away “There are worse things to fear, Aiden. Losing your heart, for instance.”

Aiden: taking her hand “Maybe I’m willing to risk it, Elara. Something tells me… this is worth any risk.”

Their hands linger, and though neither says a word, both feel the weight of unspoken promises between them.
